SUMMARY:Welsh Castles Relay 2024
DESCRIPTION:20 stages · 204 miles · two days · teams of 20\n\nCaernarfon
  to Cardiff over two days in June\, with an overnight stop in Newtown. The
  route is mostly road but takes in the mountains of north and mid Wales
 — six of the twenty stages are classed as mountain stages\, three on eac
 h day. A team is twenty runners\, one to a stage\, and every stage is its
 own race with its own field and its own finishing positions. That makes it
  a set of races within a race: individuals chase stage wins while teams ch
 ase both the category awards and the mountain prizes\, the Kings (Open)\,
 Queens (Ladies) and Monarchs (Vets). Teams enter as Open\, Ladies\, Vets o
 r Business House. Organised by Les Croupiers Running Club of Cardiff.\n\nH
 ow the club did in 2024: two teams. Open finished 16th of 60 in 22:23:01\;
  Ladies finished 50th of 60 in 25:53:58. Positions are overall\, across al
 l categories.\n\nEach stage is listed below as its own race\, with the clu
 b runner who took it and their time.
